We are happy to accept returns of any items that are still physically intact with all packaging tags, labels and proof of sale.
Items to be returned must be shipped to us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Here are steps to follow to make a return/exchange.

If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest that you place new order for the item you want (in exchange) immediately in order to help ensure your desired item is in stock. We will then credit you once the original item is returned.
Terms and Conditions:
Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping using a reliable carrier with tracking info. We cannot be held responsible for items not received.
Sale and Clearance items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only and NOT cash refund.
All returned merchandise must be in brand new original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We will not accept returns with incomplete labels or physical damages (stains, tears, foul smell etc).
We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.
Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited. In such cases, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to them.
All returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days after receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete (it can vary between banks and financial institutions and unfortunately we are NOT able to fast-track this).
