We are happy to accept returns of any items EXCLUDING CLEARANCE that are still physically intact with all packaging tags, labels and proof of sale.

Items to be returned must be shipped to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Here are steps to follow to make a return/exchange.

Please state your order number, a copy of your order receipt and the reason for the return of your item(s).

2. You will be provided with information on where to return the package to. PLEASE NOTE that all related shipping costs and duties/taxes on returns will be fully paid by the buyer.

If you wish to make an exchange, we suggest that you place new order for the item you want (in exchange) immediately in order to help ensure your desired item is in stock. We will then credit you once the original item is returned.



We DO NOT pay return shipping costs, these will be fully paid by the buyer

Clearance items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only and NOT cash refund.

All returned merchandise must be in brand new original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We will not accept returns with incomplete labels or physical damages (stains, tears, foul smell etc).

We have the right to deny any items that do not meet our return standards.

Any returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be credited. In such cases, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to them.

All returns for refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after receiving the item, however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete (it can vary between banks and financial institutions, unfortunately we are NOT able to fast-track this).
