ORDERS PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days after an order is placed. This is only subject to change under the following conditions.
- PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Processing time for all pre-orders can take up to 1-3 calendar weeks. Exact processing time will be confirmed upon confirmation of order.

- SPECIAL SALE SEASON ITEMS:
During special sale periods (Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas sale etc) excluding our normal website sales, processing times can get as high as 3-10 days. The exact date will be communicated upon confirmation of order.
*** Some orders can be delivered before the stated dates, we would prefer to under-promise and over-deliver on the delivery of your packages. We may ship directly from Nigeria (our production base) to help reduce your delivery wait time

Whilst we sincerely appreciate and understand personal preferences for couriers services but DUDLAGOS reserves the right to use our preferred carrier for the shipment of orders.

- We ship all our international orders using DHL Express and it gets delivered in 3-5 business days worldwide!
- Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout
- We do not offer express shipping Internationally for now (We will definitely let you know once we begin this)
DUDLAGOS will not be made liable for items lost in transit once the item has been confirmed to have left our facility, the courier can be held fully responsible
In a case of non-receipt of orders with tracking number showing that it has been delivered, customers can contact shipping carriers directly with their tracking number to lodge complaints of non-delivery. However, if you would like us to help with this, please contact DUDLAGOS via Contact us within 3 days to assist you with filing a claim.
***We are not liable for the cost of claim, we will only assist with this.
Claims can take as long as 30 business days to complete. Kindly note that this timing varies depending on the carrier.
LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS?
DUDLAGOS will not offer refunds and can NOT be held liable for orders that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
We promise to adhere strictly to our processing times, but in the rare occasion that we do not, please help include 2 extra business days. (you will be given 20% discount automatically on your next purchase on our website as a reward for your patience)
CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES
Customs routine checks in the destination country might cause some delays, kindly factor this into your wait times.
DUDLAGOS is NOT responsible for any customs/duties fees that may be charged at any point in the buying, exchange or return of orders.
ALL customs charges are determined by the destination country and are to be paid by the customer.
DUDLAGOS reserves the right to request for more information, refuse, rejects returns and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- Inability to verify shipping address (***We do not ship to PO Boxes)
- History of excessive returning of orders (suspected wardrobing)
- History of returning orders involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
- Suspected fraud or crime.
All Shipping fees are non-refundable. Including shipments refused (both initial shipping plus the return shipping cost).
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issue a refund or we can communicate making it in other available fabrics. you can contact us for this.
